At our first meeting, I was impressed with Donnie’s knowledge and insights on what I needed to know about being a resident of “the desert.” He was very professional, attentive, and had a great knowledge base to establish both the design and project plan. He took total project management responsibility to see the entire project through from concept to the end. His interaction and communication during the project was a true value in reducing the stresses and concerns commonly associated with these type of undertakings. Donnie helped us to avoid those things that could have proven costly and troublesome, and those that could have negative impacts on our overall satisfaction.

The project ended up beautiful, on schedule, and on the projected budget. Since I have had 6 new homes in my career, I can honestly say that the value and difference Donnie made is priceless. The finished product is beautiful and impressive. Other new homeowners were so impressed, they hired Donnie for their projects. They all had similar positive things to say about Donnie after he was finished.

It has now been more than 2 years since we finished our yard and people are still very complimentary about this property. Our satisfaction with Donnie continues to be the highest. He still stops by now and then to check on things and make sure we are still happy with his work. Being one of 32 new construction homes in this new neighborhood, I can honestly say he is one of the best.
